Finding of Credibility for Dr. Saami Shaibani



 

Dr. Saami Shaibani has been found credible by a judge, who examined evidence provided by Temple University regarding his association with that school.

 

Honorable Kathleen Trandahl ruled that Dr. Shaibani had been truthful about his appointment as Clinical Associate Professor of Physics at Temple University.

 

In particular, she stated that Dr. Shaibani was correct in accepting that Temple University intended his position with them to be on a “more-or-less permanent basis”.
